Cons
Website with little info: The CSI website leaves something to be desired, as it has limited information. If you want questions answered, your best bet is to call their phone number, as there is currently no online chat feature on the website. And there is very little detail regarding their Medicare supplement policies online. The CSI website is limited in terms of product information. Although Medicare Supplement is the only product listed or described, there is still very little to no detail regarding their policies.
Not in every state: Although CSI is licensed in all states except New York, they do not provide Medicare supplements in every state. There are currently 12 states where no coverage is available, including AK, CA, CT, DE, HI, MA, MN, MO, NY, RI, VT, and WA.
