PolicyScout Review

Kaiser Permanente offers competitive rates, some of the least expensive in comparison to competitors. Kaiser offers some of the most affordable options for the 55-and-older crowd.

Each plan offered covers a certain percentage of primary care, specialty care, preventative care, care management, and prescription drugs. Coverages and co-pay amounts depend on the plan purchased. Vision insurance is also possible, but dental insurance through Kaiser Permanente is currently only available in Oregon.

If you’re interested in discounts, Kaiser Permanente offers several to members, including fitness club memberships, massage therapy, and chiropractic care. They also offer services and information to help you quit smoking, lose weight, and even tips on how to manage chronic illness.
